Tables are flat-packed but are still large, heavy packages. Delivery is made to your front door — our delivery partners are unable to carry items upstairs or into your home. Please consult the package dimensions under product details and make sure they fit through your door. If needed, arrange for extra help to be available on the day of delivery, so the table can be safely carried inside.

Note: We do not ship to overseas territories.

Pick-up is only possible in our warehouse in Nazareth, BE.
You can pick up your order on Wednesday evening or Saturday morning on appointment.

Keep in mind that after ordering, we can keep your order on stock for maximum 1 month. Please book an appointment for pick up within this month (only applies to orders with in stock items). 

Please consult the package dimensions under product details and make sure to bring a vehicle large enough to transport the table safely. We are available to assist, but please be able to load the table into your vehicle yourself

60 days return policy for chairs

Changed your mind regarding the chairs? No problem! You can return your chair within 60 days after delivery, provided it is in its original packaging. If you choose to return with our shipping carrier, we covered half of the costs. Please find your country's return rates below.

You can return your table within 14 days after delivery, provided it is in its original condition and can be sent back in its original packaging. Return shipping arranged by Mowelli, see return costs below.

Returning your chairs, pillows to our warehouse in Nazareth is also possible, no return costs. Same return period applies.

Return for tabels only possible with a carrier arranged by Mowelli. Return in person to our Nazareth warehouse (BE) is also possible.

Please be sure to pack the chair carefully in its original packaging when returning it to avoid damage during transit.

Sometimes it happens that due to transportation or production mistakes, your purchase arrives damaged.

We take this very seriously: we need to check what happened and act fast to take the necessary steps with our partners. Therefore we ask you to inform us about the damage within 3 days after receiving the order. We kindly ask to check your goods when you receive them. We will do our very best to find the most correct solution!

IMPORTANT: If the delivery company arrives and the chairs or packaging show visible damage, please do not accept the shipment. Inform the delivery driver immediately and ensure that they officially record the damage at the time of delivery.

For reporting a damage, please fill out the claims form via this link!

No worries, this can happen as furniture comes in rather big parcels. They take a lot of space in transport and sometimes our shipping partner has to split the order. They'll simply arrive the day after.
You can always open your 'Track & Trace' again, to see what the status of the delivery of the missing box is. If anything is still unclear, please reach out to support@mowelli.com.

Not all our pieces are made from of the same materials, so they require each a particular maintenance and care!
