Mowelli Return & Warranty Policy
At Mowelli, we want you to love your chairs as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and warranty claims:
1. Damage – Report Within 3 days
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item(s) arrive(s) damaged due to shipping or production errors, you must notify us within 3 days after delivery.
IMPORTANT: If the delivery company arrives and the items or packaging show visible damage, please inform the delivery driver immediately and ensure that they officially record the damage at the time of delivery.
To submit a claim, please fill out our form: https://mowelli.com/pages/returns-claims-form. Please add as much as information as possible and add multiple pictures. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for compensation.
2. Return Policy
60 days return policy for chairs
Changed your mind regarding the chairs? No problem! You can return your chairs within 60 days after delivery, provided it is in its original packaging. If you choose to return with our shipping carrier, we covered half of the costs. Please find your country's return rates below.

We advise you to take a good look at the product details and measurements before ordering your table. Tables come in rather big packages, so avoiding unnecessary transport is key: good for you and good for the planet!
Still changed your mind about the table? No worries, you can return your table within 14 days after delivery, provided it is in its original condition and can be sent back in its original packaging.

Please note:
- Original shipping costs are not refunded.
- Returning your chairs, pillows and tables to our warehouse in Nazareth is also possible, no return costs. Same return period applies.
- To initiate a return or submit a claim, please fill out our form: https://mowelli.com/pages/returns-claims-form. We will reach out to you!
- Please be sure to pack the chair carefully in its original packaging when returning it to avoid damage during transit.

3. 2-Year Production Warranty
We stand by the quality of our chairs, which is why we offer a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, or accidental damage. We believe in the durability and craftsmanship of our chairs, and this warranty reflects our commitment to your satisfaction.

4. No Return on Sales or Stock Sales
Please note that we do not accept returns on Re-Seat, sale or stock sale items.
5. Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@mowelli.com.
We want to inform you that exchanging your return for other chairs is also possible!
