Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping costs are 2,5€ per pillow to BE/NL. Pick up is possible in BE. All in-stock items ship within 1-3 working day. Shipping damage must be reported within 3 days, and you can return unused chairs in original packaging within 14 days (except sale/stock items, return shipping at your cost unless our error). Our chairs include a 2-year warranty for manufacturing defects. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection. For help, contact support@mowelli.com
