If your chair was in stock, your order will be delivered within 2-3 days. The day before delivery, you’ll receive a track & trace code, to inform you about the timeslot for delivery. If your ordered chairs were not in stock, you can see a target shipping date on our website. If you have a more specific question you can always e-mail us via support@mowelli.com.

Yes you can. Please send us an e-mail to support@mowelli.com with your billing information and we will share the invoice with you.

Yes you can. Standard amounts are available through our website. If you require a specific amount on the gift card, please contact us via support@mowelli.com.

Do the chairs need to stay in the box?
No, unpack them and use them normally – that's what the trial is for! Just keep the original box and inner packaging so the chairs can be returned safely if needed. Please use them with care (felt pads on wooden floors, no stubborn stains or deep scratches).

What's included in the 60-day trial?
- All Mowelli chairs. Pillows excluded.
- Orders for private use with BE & NL delivery addresses
- One return per order within the trial period (with shared costs)

How do returns work?
You have 60 days from delivery to return your chairs if they're not the right fit for your home. Here's how it works:
- Contact us at support@mowelli.com with your order number
- Return shipping is €20 per chair through our carrier (we cover the other half), or you can arrange your own shipping
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- We'll inspect the chairs and process your refund once received, within 14 working days.

Pillows can be returned in 14 days in their original packaging. Please note: Sale, Stock and Re-seat items are not eligible for return.

The main stock is in Nazareth, testing and pick-up is possible by appointment only (mostly on Wednesday evening and Saturday morning).

On top of this, we have 6 Testpoints at the moment. Nazareth Paintfactory, Hasselt Paintfactory, Roeselare Paintfactory, Antwerp, Bruges and Amsterdam.

A selected range of the chairs is presented at all locations. Nazareth, Roeselare and Hasselt are according to the opening hours of The Paint Factory. No Mowelli crew will be present here, but take your time to sit and test the chairs thoroughly.

Antwerp, Nazareth-De Pinte, Bruges and Amsterdam are by appointment only, which can be made on our Testpoints page. Note that this not a store or showroom. Visit time slots are flexible because our chair ambassadors will kindly receive after office hours too.

Yes, you can, but only when you pick the chair(s) up at our warehouse in Nazareth. Why? We foresee strong packaging for transportation, if we take 1 chair out of the box, we cannot guarantee the safety of the chair and the chances of damage are too big unfortunately.

Sometimes it happens that due to transportation or other unforeseen circumstances, a package arrives damaged.

We take this very seriously, we need to check what happened and act fast to take the necessary steps with our partners. Therefore we need to be informed about the damagewithin 3 daysafter receiving the chairs. We kindly ask to check your goods when you receive them. Unfortunately if you inform us later than 3 days after receiving, we cannot promise our insurance can still interfere. We will do our very best to find the most correct solution!

No worries, this can happen as chairs com in rather big parcels. They take on a lot of space in transport and sometimes our shipping partner has to split the order. They'll simply arrive the day after. You can always open your 'Track & Trace' again, to see what the status of the delivery of the missing box is.
