To which countries do you ship?

We ship to all EU countries. Please reach out to us to find out shipping rates to your home country.

What if the chairs I love, are no longer available?

Most likely its stock will be refilled soon. Please contact us via info@mowelli.com and we will help you further.

When will my order arrive?

If your chair was on stock, your order will be delivered within 2-3 days. The day before delivery, you’ll receive a track & trace code, to inform you about the timeslot for delivery. If your ordered chairs were not in stock, you can see a target shipping date on our website. If you have a more specific question you can always e-mail us via info@mowelli.com .

Can I receive an invoice?

Yes you can. Please send us an e-mail to info@mowelli.com with your billing information and we will share the invoice with you.

Can I buy a gift card?

Yes you can. Standard amounts are available through our website. If you require a specific amount on the gift card, please contact us via info@mowelli.com.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return your chairs within 30 days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsiblity of the customer.
We are not able to pick the chairs up at your home, you will have to bring them to a shipping point and share the track and trace of your shipment to our stock with info@mowelli.com so we can follow the parcel and refund your payment upon arrival of the chairs.
Unless it was due to an error from our side, of course. We will refund the chairs upon receival, so please share the track and trace with info@mowelli.com so we can follow this up closely.

What do I do when there is something wrong with my order?

How do you work with B2B clients?

Where can we test the chairs?

The main stock is in Deerlijk, testing and pick-up is possible by appointment only.
On top of this, we have 3 viewpoints at the moment. One in Nazareth, one in Antwerp and a pop-up in Knokke.
A selected range of the chairs is presented at both locations. Antwerp is by appointment only, Nazareth is according to the opening hours of ThePaintFactory Gent. Knokke is open every Sunday from 11am - 6pm.

Do you have stocksales?

We had our last stocksale on the 8th of June. Please follow us on our instagram page if you want to know when the next one is on.

Can I buy 1 chair when you mention (set of 2)?

Yes, you can, but only when you pick the chair(s) up at our warehouse in Deerlijk. Why? We foresee strong packaging for transportation, if we take 1 chair out of the box, we cannot guarantee the safety of the chair and the chances of damage are too big unfortunately.

What if my chairs arrive damaged?

Sometimes it happens that due to transportation or other unforeseen circumstances, a package arrives damaged.
We take this very seriously, we need to check what happened and act fast to take the necessary steps with our partners.
Therefore we need to be informed about the damage within 3 days after receiving the chairs. We kindly ask to check your goods when you receive them. Unfortunately if you inform us later than 3 days after receiving, we cannot promise our insurance can still interfere. We will do our very best to find the most correct solution!

I only received a part of my order, some chairs are still missing?

No worries, this can happen as chairs are rather big parcels. They take on a lot of space in transport and sometimes our shipping partner has to split the order. They'll simply arrive the day after. You can always open your 'Track & Trace' again, to see what the status of the delivery of the missing box is.

We care

We are firm believers in making beautiful chairs accessible to everyone at an affordable price. And due to globalisation, that means that they have to be produced in Asia. But we go the extra mile to make sure we are giving back to our planet, more than what we took from it.
To actively address this, we employ two key initiatives: utilizing FSC certified wood in our production process and engaging in tree-planting endeavors.
This approach not only helps offset our carbon footprint from shipping to the EU but also serves as a tangible effort to replenish nature for what we've extracted from it.
